1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MLGrind, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on MLGrind for personal, non-commercial educational use only. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying our materials for redistribution
• Using materials for commercial purposes
• Attempting to reverse engineer any software
• Removing any copyright or proprietary notations
• Sharing premium content with non-subscribers

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Code Submissions

By submitting code solutions to MLGrind, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, display, and analyze your submissions for the purpose of providing our services. You retain ownership of your original code.

5. Cancellation, Refund, and Termination Policy

You can cancel your current Premium subscription in your Account Settings page. You must cancel your subscription before your renewal date to avoid the next billing.

After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period and you will have continued access to your subscription for the remainder of that period (unless your access is suspended or terminated as set forth below), but you will not receive a refund.

MLGrind may deny you access to all or any part of the Services or terminate your account with or without prior notice if you engage in any conduct or activities that MLGrind determines, in its sole discretion, violates MLGrind's Terms of Service or the rights of MLGrind or is otherwise inappropriate. Without limitation, MLGrind may deny you access to the Services or terminate your MLGrind account, without providing any refund.

All fees paid or accrued in connection with any Services are non-refundable, and MLGrind will not prorate any fees paid for a subscription that is terminated before the end of its term.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on MLGrind are provided on an 'as is' basis. MLGrind makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitations

In no event shall MLGrind be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on MLGrind, even if MLGrind has been notified of the possibility of such damages.
